Voyeur remains extraordinary

a2gregory It may be said a purposeful life is finding purpose in one's life. It may also be said, a picture, is worth a thousand words. In that spirit, let's contemplate another spectacular release from Noise Unit, "Voyeur". Analogous to the varied interpretations one may glean from a picture, this artful master work leaves an imprint and leaves one in contemplation. In between the synth based compositions, energizing beats, and contiguous soundscape, a story seems to unfold. Favorite track: Submerged (feat. J. Filipchuk).

Obstacle of Affliction Outstanding work. Tighten Up is so dirty, I could not decide to cringe or dance ;) Favorite track: Surveillance (feat. J. Filipchuk and R. Holland).

about

The aptly titled “Voyeur,” features spacious atmospheric melodies layered with flowing strings, whispered vocals, electronic noises and mutilations, along side bass-lines that range from a Drum ‘n' Bass vibe to an aggressive Industrial assault. One can feel themselves peering into the lives and minds of other people and worlds while listening to the sonic anomaly. Perhaps the best album from a FLA side-project since DELERIUM's “Karma,” “Voyeur” is sure to please fans of FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY and DELERIUM, as well as all of those in between.
